About This Project

Clocks are cool, but Programmable LED Clocks are even cooler! Enter the Wordclock –  these are neat clocks that display time through the use of illuminated words. The nice ones go for a $300+! I found a cool diy arduino kit from TinkerElectric however to make my own for a reasonable price. I make it even more affordable by using an old fedex box for the backing and the baffles (walls inside the clock that isolate the LED light). I’ll be replacing the fedex box for a 3D printed sheet next time, as cutting the box took far too long 😉
